{FECA Vision Choir} Report 9

Thursday, 7/6

Today is a planned half-sabbath day for us. We only have day 3 of VBS from 9:45 to 1 PM at Peniel School. We ate the lunch served us at the school and returned by 2:30 to our hotel with two hours free to rest. Terry is running a low fever and a couple more are on the verge of a bad throat, although it could be allergies. We met Issac, Denissa, and Jabez at 4:30 and had our group devos, then prepared a short salvation testimony and practiced giving it to two others in small groups, then demonstrated how to share the good news using the three circles. We then played a group game for about an hour, the Psychiatrist game. Pallus' wife, Rosie and their youngest son, Jude, met us at the hotel and we went off to join Paullus at dinner, basically eating mutton briyani. We returned to our hotel at 8:30 and spent the next hour and a half ministering to ourselves. Many tears were shed as we felt the sweet, sweet Spirit wash over us. The locals went home and we prepared for our evening rest.
