Today was our first day out of the Center where we were staying to visit a local ch* The Music Teaching Team plus T*m went with the purpose of bringing encouragement to the local group through + ship songs and me**age from the Word via M*i She gave an excellent sharing linked with her personal experience reminding the local group that our J* fulfills our deepest needs. J* being the apex of our attention, she also encouraged them to "expand the tent" so that other people would know more about our J*. It was a wonderful time of fellowship with the people there, enjoying their hospitality and words of encouragement.
Afterwards, we went to an Arabic restaurant nearby together with the parents of Mo*hi who came by to this location just because the team was there. T&m treated all of us to a sumptuous lunch of kebab, hummus, biryani(basmati rice mixed with different spices mixed and meat), and yogurt with minced garlic.
We then proceeded to the Center to bless M*i for her trip to another city for a five-day activity. Early afternoon, we received word that she reached her destination safely. Thank you for traveling mercies!
At 2pm, E*gene, D*vid and Be&s met to prepare for our own activity for this coming week. We were able to nail down the tentative five day schedule starting tomorrow. We were leaving room for adjustments since we did not know how many exactly were joining us tomorrow. We finished the remaining cut outs for tomorrow's craft activity and later after dinner, we spent time to pr* for each other and the details of our activity.
Pr*
1. Remember M*I with her work in another city together with her coworkers.
2. Remember E*gene as he leads the group of volunteers on his side of the city – for stamina and wisdom in making the activity successful.
3. There will be a lot of barriers in doing this kind of work. Pls remember that these barriers will be overcome.
4. For the safety for all the volunteers.
5. For all to go through the hot weather with aplomb with a lot of grace.
6. For T*m's travel starting tomorrow.
